"spammy" URLs are defined by the URIBL providers not by ASSP.
ASSP queries the providers to see if they list any of the urls contained 
in the message body (I don't believe we check the from/to/cc address). 
If they do list the URL it is a positive hit, if they do not it is a 
negative hit.
