In the webinterface in "Network Setup > SMTP Destination" you have set
"IMSS:25"?
You should not have a host name there but as the description says:
The address:port of your message handling system's smtp server(s). Secondary
servers possible, will try the next if the first doesn't respond.
If only the port is entered, or the keyword *__INBOUND__*:*port* is used,
then the connection will be established to the same IP where the connection
was received. This is usefull when you have several IPs with different
domains/profiles in your MTA.
Examples: "127.0.0.1:125", "127.0.0.1:125|127.0.0.5:125", "10.0.1.3", "
10.0.1.3:1025", "__INBOUND__:125", "125", etc.
So for your site I expect the ip address of your IMSS server followed by
":25"
