Sorry for that confusion, I meant ENABLED/CHECKED. I tried adding the word "[SPAM]" to the "Prepend spam subject" field, and message which are obviously spam are having their subjects prepended with this word. However, isn't test mode supposed to prepend something on its own?

What should this do? When you say 'checked off' - do you mean ENABLED/CHECKED, or DISABLED/UNCHECKED? It sounds like you mean DISABLED - so, in that case, the messages that get through are considered ham (not spam), and so are not tagged.
