Setting a filter to testmode will tell ASSP not to reject the mail but rather build up the whitelist and spam and notspam collections. This can go on for some time without disturbing normal operation. After this very important phase testmode can be used to tag the message: if TestMode and message is spam the Spamsubject (if set) gets prepended to the subject of the email.
