What is it you think you would like to accomplish?  Either its ham or it
spam (or perhaps worthy of no-processing).

  Either you want it or you dont.  How can a source be "valid" yet you
wish to block them?

If there are certain things that come in that you dont want to get into
your ham corpus, then perhaps you should look into the no-processing
features.

You can put them in the "Expression to Identify Sender You Want To Block
at Any Cost*"  It will simply drop the connection.
