He claims to be getting 1000+ spams per day, thats way beyond initial testing. In that situation I would recommend to use the 'sendAllSpam' setting and training the filters using reporting. I'm thinking we need a large red banner on the top of the interface warning the admin if the setting happens to be enabled. How does that sound?
