What would happen if a spammer sent an email to a bunch of addresses 
within a domain, that one of them happened to be a no processing 
address?  Would that allow the spammer to reach all of the addresses?

Looking at the debug file for the user with the issue, the spammer is 
sending not only to him, but to several of our internal accounts, one of 
them handles our resumes and we do have that one as a no processing.
