This will replace all data in denySMTPConnectionsFrom   with a new
version of the exportfile.

If you use ValidateRBL with "1"    Penalty Box Extreme is already
blocking everything which it exports to the extreme exportfile. So it
is not necessary to override the denysmtfrom file with the exportfile.
You can manually add the exportfile (or part of it) to the
denysmtpfrom.
