I think you should use 1.3.1 which allows per message scoring as an option.. (I 
think, I haven't run with that option enabled)

What do you think about this ?
If the ptr missing  is setting to modus 3 AND ptrTestMode checked the score 
is only for this connection, otherwise ptrTestMode not checked the PB save 
and increase the score
