I know I have requested this before, but I don't think I got a response.

Is there anyway the email interface option to apply whitelisted mail also the
'notspam' and 'thisisspam' to remove from whitelist can be made more vestal?

Our managers, commissioners, and particularly my CIO really get their panties
in a bunch when they have white listed, mainly important newsletters, then
later they get tagged again because someone submitted it to thisisspam at a
later date, thus it was removed from the whitelist. I find the ability for
whitelisted mail to also be reported to 'notspam' great, but removing from
whitelist seems foolish IMO. At least it does in my case, where users are
constantly battling each other about what is spam and what is not. We pretty
much prefer any whitelisted mail to stay that way. We would rather get false
negatives than positives any day.

Is there any possibility of changing that options checkbox to a numeric option?
 such as
0/empty=disabled
1=function as it does now when checked
2=forward whitelist to notspam, but do not remove whitelisted when 'thisisspam'
receives mail.
3=vs versa.

No idea why anyone would choose 3, but thought I should put it out there incase
anyone wants to comment on it.

Thoughts? Fritz, any chance?

Right now I've got a work around using exchange rules, but I hate relying on
outside configurations, particularly Microsoft based configurations:) I think
the option with in ASSP would be extremely useful.

Thanks,
Paul
