Yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc...

Very often spammers use those domains. And I don't have all outgoing servers
of every major isp whitelisted

So my approach is to find the right lever to trigger an anti-flooding
feature.

I don't consider that check as a standard antispam measure, but more as an
anti dictionary-attack or at least a way to limit problems from botnets.
Without blocking legitimate mail.
