NOD32 is good. AVG is good (disclaimer: I'm an AVG reseller) for the same
reasons, plus centralised downloading, monitoring and control on networks.
Trend is good on servers - but very heavy duty. Norton/Symantec is terrible.

Personal opinions. YMMV.

The workstation versions of AVG (and NOD32, Avast! and a few others) can be
used on some MTAs, significantly reducing the cost - but not on Exchange,
I'm afraid.
