You really don't see that unless you provide some basic details about 
your setup, that it makes it impossible for anyone to help you? Things like:

Platform (ok, you finally provided that after my prodding)

Version of ASSP

ASSP Configuration
(Lower left of the ASSP Web Config page, there is a link called 'Changed 
Defaults' - this will provide you with the details of your config that 
have values other than the defaults)

Prove it... do you have any idea just how easy it is for you to *think* 
you have it configured a certain way, but for any number of reasons, you 
don't? The only way for you to prove it is to provide your config...
