The answer is to use the "Second SMTP Listen Port", "Second SMTP 
Destination", and "Force SMTP AUTH on Second SMTP Listen Port" in the 
Network Setup area.  Configure for the submission port 587 - your 
clients will need to connect to that port instead of port 25.
