I will assume that you have the Email Interface configured correctly. To whitelist a address: Forwarding the messages as an attachment will work. Putting the address in the body will also work. Putting the address in the subject will not work. To blacklist an address: You have to do this manually in the web admin interface. (SPAM Control->blackListedDomains) There is no method for users to automatically add to a blacklist due to the fact that the blacklist is shared globally. You can prevent an address from being whitelisted by simply adding it to the redlist. Hope that helps.
