When a feature of ASSP is in "test mode", that means that the email will
not be blocked even if that is what that feature is designed to do.
However you can tag these emails with a prefix like "[spam]" so they can
be easily identified.

ASSP doesn't "grab" emails. It is a proxy listening device. It listens
to the SMTP communications, and will terminate the session of it detects
spam. If in a "test mode", the session will be allowed to continue for
that particular test mode enabled feature. However, another feature not
in test mode may still block the message.

This isn't for you to do. While ASSP is in its "learning" stage, it is
is your interest to have all (or a majority) the features in test mode
so email is not lost, and so that your users can identify tagged
messages (e.g. [spam]) - and it is their task to forward either positive
spams or false-positive hams to the appropriate email addresses to
correct ASSP's behavior while it is learning what your organization
considers spam or ham. This is configured in the "Email Interface"
section of ASSP's configuration.

The corrective actions are processed the next time the rebuildspamdb.pl
script is run. During the first month of running ASSP, I recommend
running it often so that corrections are processed more frequently -
which will mean less work for your users to do.

You could possibly use a copy of someone else's corpus and database, but
what you consider spam - someone else may not - and vice-versa. Its not
recommended.

The interactive mechanism for helping ASSP learn what is or is not spam
is the "Email Interface" feature.
