Are Vipul's Razor and DCC as relevant as they used to be? I remember 
BloudMark's Outlook plugin (an implementation of Vipul's Razor) to be 
very good for it's time.

Are the technologies that could/should be implemented in ASSP? Both are 
open source, free, and have clients written in Perl, which should make 
for easier migration.

I haven't seen mention of them here before, so I thought I'd ask.
