The erroneous log entry might depend on which filters are enabled.  Right 
now, I have DNSBL, URIBL, and SPF checking all disabled.  Those were enabled 
when I first reported the log issue earlier, and the log had [SPF][scoring] 
in front of lines that should not have had that tag.
