Ah, maybe that's what it is. I did recently change my DNSBL setting to require a bad hit from 2 lists, instead of just the 1. And when something does fail because of DNSBL the email does not get CCed... so I would not have seen them before. As it stands now they are only getting scored because they are only getting a hit from 1 DNSBL.
Is there a way to redlist a message with a blank body, so it doesn't mess up my corpus? And for that matter, does a blank body even mess up the corpus?
