What version of assp are you using? I think we saw this some assp versions ago: Although I had all checks in testmode we did not receive mail which was not on the whitelist. I made a complete new config with standard settings so I do not know what caused it. Guess it was caused by regex checks. But the really big problem is we have lost some mails because the sending server deletes it from his queue and but is actually never received.
