Sounds like something that could be scripted easily enough outside of
ASSP if you wish to have that functionality.

In example:
/spam/dnsbl (for RBL-Failed Messages)
/spam/Collect (for Trapped Messages)
/spam/Bomb (for RegEx-ed Messages)
/spam/helo (for HeloBL and Invalid Helo)
Etc.

So I would Report to SpamCop the messages from
/spam/collect
/spam/bomb 

but not 
/spam/dnsbl

And could concentrate seeking for false positives in spam/helo and
spam/bomb, cuz these tests caused the most false positives (crappy
sending servers or stupid Mails btw. - not ASSP-Failures)
