IPs listed in 'acceptAllMail' and 'whiteListedIPs' would contribute to 
the whitelist.

Without more info however i can only guess right now.

Search through your logs for recent whitelist additions.
I use a grep search and then throw it into excel.

Then take the addresses added by that IP/sender and remove them from the 
whitelist using the web interface.
