All regexes had a Space at the end of the line - afaik that is wrong.
Don't we have to delete these blank chars?
2.:
A hostname (even if PTR is set to that) without any dot is invalid, so a
line like
^[a-z]{1,20}$
should filter out single hostnames (machinenames).
correct?
3.:
In case of match - what do I find in the log?
