I'd say it's not a bad idea to do a daily restart of ASSP as part of a cronjob or so, after rebuilding the spamdb (downtime is a second or 2). So actual uptime here is never more than 1 day and also the accumulated uptime is not since last reboot. It's about 462 days here, which seems to coincide with my last ASSP upgrade (to 1.3.1).
