MessageLimit Low will tag the message when reached, MessageLimit High will block the message when reached. (This is described in the GUI, I am open to change the text , if there is a better description). So you can block instead of tag, by setting the high limit lower (not the low limit which is already reached). But that may be unwise, because all messages are affected.
