It wasn't so much a webpage for whitelisting as it was a text webpage that said something to the effect of "If you want your email to bypass my spamfilter, then add the text "5959" to the subject line", then he would put 5959 into whitere, so all mails that had that number would be whitelisted. He would then change that number on the page every so often to keep it fresh.
