If memory help you only need to modify 2 things: you data and clamav
directory in clamsup.cfg

LOCALFOLDER=C:\clamav\data
CLAMSCAN=C:\clamav\clamscan.exe

And download a working rsync.exe. You can use this version

But don't forget this is day 0 for the new distribution system, so some
minor glitches are expected. Anche check for updated scripts. The actual
version is already configured to use the rsync protocol

Of course don't forget to do some cleanup and delete old, no more updated
signatures and check that you don't schedule updates too often (once or
twice a day should be enough for most servers)
