Sansecurity's website says to disable > Wget, but yet there is a link to clamsup on Sansecurity's website that > uses Wget. So you say it's ok to use? If memory help you only need to modify 2 things: you data and clamav directory in clamsup.cfg LOCALFOLDER=C:\clamav\data CLAMSCAN=C:\clamav\clamscan.exe And download a working rsync.exe. You can use this version http://hideout.ath.cx/ClamAV/rsync_w32.zip But don't forget this is day 0 for the new distribution system, so some minor glitches are expected. Anche check for updated scripts. The actual version is already configured to use the rsync protocol Of course don't forget to do some cleanup and delete old, no more updated signatures and check that you don't schedule updates too often (once or twice a day should be enough for most servers) I'm using the above config with the netfarm native win32 port of clamav http://oss.netfarm.it/clamav/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by: SourcForge Community SourceForge wants to tell your story. http://p.sf.net/sfu/sf-spreadtheword _______________________________________________ Assp-user mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/assp-user
