Fritz was helping me with an issue concerning my whitelist on the
forums, but they don't seem to work anymore.
So here is the problem again, just in case anyone can help. Thanks in
advance.
I'm running ASSP 1.4.3.1.1 on Ubuntu server. I have my ASSP directory
chmod 777 for right now because I am so frustrated.
When a user sends an email with an address in the body to the whitelist
address, they get back an email that says "Address added", which is the
same text that is in the whitereport.txt file. The address sent is not
in the reply email.
Despite what the reply says, the address isn't added to the whitelist.
The address isn't in the mail log, or on the whitelist after waiting the
time it takes for ASSP to commit the whitelist to disk.
I can however add addresses by going to the web interface and doing it
through there.
I have a feeling that this might be some kind of configuration error on
my part, but I don't know where to start looking, or what to look for as
I think I have it configured correctly.
