Fine... just a minor doubt; the spamhaus list contains a banner
line at the beginning, for example...

now, while I understand your reasoning about leaving those ";"
in place so that the various "SBLnnnnn" will be used into the
reject message (not sure ASSP should even send out such
a message, all in all connection from those IPs should be just
refused right away), the first line would be an "invalid entry", so 
imHo at least the first ";" should be replaced by a "#"
