I am sorry to say it, but I made a mistake in my testing. As fribo pointed out in the ASSP forum:
"I already told you that the reason for ASSP to let the mail not out, even when the sender is in "Accept All Mail", is your setting of DoLocalSenderDomain to ON. This fails messages with domains not in localDomains. After that "Move Local Connection with wrong Sender Address to NULL" is just the handling of those failed messages." I read that to mean that sender verification also can't solve the problem, because while it would pass the message through ASSP on the incoming end, it would still block the outgoing forwarded message. Fribo suggests: "You must setup ASSP as the frontend to catch relaying attempts or you must set up your MTA to not accept mail and send NDRs later but reject them."
