One more thing... This also may be related to settings File for Blockreportrequest (BlockReportFile) and Runtime BlockReportFile (BlockReportSchedule). Previously when I had the report set to both (HTML and TEXT), no reports were automatically delivered to the users. Now that I forced the report to TEXT, reports are automatically generated + sent.
