Also, 

something very handy. Try :

Set ASSP File Permission on Startup (setFilePermOnStart)
on "Server Setup".
If you check this, odds are ASSP will reset perms for all
the relevant ASSP processes/files/folders etc. and this 
should start your system with no porblems.
