This looks promising but doesn't seem to work. I set the value to 10, so it should check and reload (if needed) the changed file every 10 seconds. It doesn't seem to do this. I added a new entry in the localuser.txt file, but even after a couple of minutes it was still rejecting incoming emails for this address.
