It would be nice, if we could get some information about this problem. The report you requested was sent with the option "run delayed" (default). That means the reqest will be stored into a "instant queue" and then performed after 5 minutes. The report should normally be generated and then deleted from the instant queue. This is not the "user report queue" which collects request with a "+" in the subject. The "run delayed" option was introduced to let ASSP run the report asynchronous to the reqest.
