As stated in the subject.  Getting some garbage from "open" servers 
(like hotmail, gmail, at&t, etc.).  I have to receive messages from 
these servers, so penaltybox cannot be used for these servers.  Bayesian 
test identifies the messages properly.  With the block threshold set at 
50, and the bayesian valence set at 50 - the messages are not blocked, 
but are tagged.  In other words - everything works.

What I want is for otherwise "clean" messages (they passed IP tests) but 
that fail Bayesian to be stored as spam, retrievable either via the log 
or the spamcc - but not delivered to the intended recipient.  What do I 
need to change?
