Whats interesting is that the default qmail timeout is 10 minutes and I 
am seeing the bank of america conversation is exactly 10 minutes before 
its disconnected so it looks like it just sitting there.

I did see on the web about bare linefeeds are not allowed stated in RFC 
2821 and wondered if Bank of America's sending server is not sending 
correctly or its just down to the SSL problem of Version 1 assp.
