What is the best way to stop spam emails coming from yahoo.com. In the
past I have increased the scoring for yahoo emails using regex/bombs.
That stopped it for quite sometime but now I do see some get pass the
filter. I also have enable URI block list validation set to block. I
am using the following URIBL providers:

multi.surbl.org|black.uribl.com|uribl.swinog.ch

Below is a sample of an email which got through. It always has a few
lines of garbage text with a short URL link.

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security

sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
