Ok, guess I hadn't noticed the difference in sizes on the other mails.

Is there a setting you'd suggest to point me more toward what could be 
causing the problem? I didn't see a verbose log of the entire smtp 
conversation..

I suspect that the finalization of the smtp session is not happening, 
either my server not sending it or their server not receiving it, correctly.
