ASSP has a "Limit Number of IP addresses Per Domain (maxSMTPdomainIP <javascript:void(0);> )" parameter. You may want to consider a "Limit Number of Domains per IP address" parameter as well. If you look at the spam hitting the server, you'll often see the same spam-vector IP addresses attempting to deliver messages from different domains. Of course they'll fail the reverse-lookup as well but it would probably still be helpful against the worst offenders.
