fixed in assp 2.3.4 build 13263:
- the SenderBase querys were running in to a timeout condition (given no
results) too often
V2 now uses a smarter way to query senderbase.org

Thomas... it isn't an ASSP issue; ASSP can do its better to cache
answers and so on, but if the box on which ASSP runs uses a public
resolver...
bottom line: if one is running his own MX, he'd better run his own
resolver (and a fully recursive one) too
