I use ASSP Deluxe with ASSP 1.9.9(13300) on multiple servers. On all servers the LocalFrequencyInt and LocalFrequencyNumRcpt settings have stopped working. Before build 13262 it worked correctly stopping any emails exceeding the limits with the message "too many recipients". Since 13262 it hasn't worked. I found this out because a spammer hacked a customer's computer and sent nearly 50000 emails in a few hours despite the limits in ASSP being set to not allow more than 50 emails every 30 minutes! Not good. In build 13262 and 13276, the error "too many recipients" was still reported in the logs but the emails were still sent. Since that version up until now (13300), there is no error at all in the logs no matter how many emails are sent. LocalFrequencyOnly and NoLocalFrequency settings are blank, so they are not a problem. The local frequency cache file pbdb.localfreq.db is always empty which it never used to be. Is this a bug? Are other users experiencing the same problem? How can I fix this to get the settings working again?
