use the latest V1 - 1.10.1 build 15022 - 95% of the changes since 1.9.9(13345) are bug fixes. If you need, change the version number in the code to satisfy the deluxe requirements.
There are more that 2750 lines of code changed from 1.9.9(13345) to 1.10.1 build 15022 ! It has taken two man more than the half of 2014 to fixup the V1 build to the final 1.10.1 build 15022.
