I was asking because when I do a mail analysis, I see my domain come up with a
high probablility of being a "bad word" in the Bayesian Analysis.
Of course, my domain is in virtually every email we send and receive.

Actually, I WAS seeing that. Right now I'm not. So I guess it's a moot point.

Neither the Bayesian nor the HMM engine uses single words.
The Bayesian engine uses word pairs. The HMM engine uses sequences of
words. In both cases "words" are possibly unicode normalized, stemmed and
modified in several ways.
It is recommended to set 'DoPrivatSpamdb' to 'for users and domans' - the
highest privacy level.
It is also recommended to use HMM instead of Bayesian. Or even better - to
use Bayesian only, if HMM got too less results.
The related GUI section is selfexplaining.

Is there a way to make a particular word neither spam nor notspam? EG
don't contribute to either goodwords or badwords?
