I was asking because when I do a mail analysis, I see my domain come up with a high probablility of being a "bad word" in the Bayesian Analysis. Of course, my domain is in virtually every email we send and receive.

In both cases "words" are possibly unicode normalized, stemmed and modified in several ways. It is recommended to set 'DoPrivatSpamdb' to 'for users and domans' - the highest privacy level. It is also recommended to use HMM instead of Bayesian. Or even better - to use Bayesian only, if HMM got too less results. The related GUI section is selfexplaining.
