So I have a question about reporting spam to ASSP. When my users report spam to the spam filter, I know they should report it as an attachment, but my question is this, what happens if their signature is still in the email when they forward the spam? Does ASSP also count the signature? The reason I ask is because I think I am close to narrowing down my issue of the false positives with the spam filter. Meaning we are getting a lot of legitimate emails that are being blocked. More than we ever have and if I am on the right track, it might be some user error along with the email signature. Running some analyze reports on blocked emails I have seen where the users domain is listed in the bad words section. Hence the reason for my question on the signature.
