Greetings,

I have ASSP in operation on a cPanel server, manging with GRScripts ASSP
Deluxe.

After creating a new email address in cPanel, a user reports that they
are receiving 5.5.1:

550 5.1.1 User unknown: [email protected] (in reply to RCPT TO command)

However, I have confirmed the user is in fact valid, and I'm able to
duplicate the results.

The ASSP Log entries are:

Nov-16-15 11:14:22 id-44769-26620 [UnknownLocalSender] 1.2.3.4
<[email protected]> to: [email protected] [blocking] local sender address
[email protected] unknown;
Nov-16-15 11:15:12 id-44769-26635 [SSL-in] [UserUnknown] 4.3.2.1
<[email protected]> User unknown: [email protected];

Any suggestions for how to proceed resolving this? I've never had a
problem with adding addresses before.
