For what ever reason, Mail::DKIM is unable to fetch() the public key.
There is nothing you can do.

The DNS servers also seem to work fine for every other services but as
you can see, sometimes ASSP is unable to find the public key for
hotmail.com ?
I'm using Net::DNS 1.06. This version is okay, right?
