If you need a queue that runs ON the IIS box, I have used ArgoSoft mail
server .net.
If you can get away with setting up a linux VM, OpenSMTPd is really easy
to setup as a queue / forwarder. Exim can also be used on a linux VM,
but it's more complicated.
