It appears that this was caused by modifying the BlockReportHTTPName property.
Once I made it blank again, it's all good.

Firstly, let me say I'm pretty new to ASSP, and still working in a test
environment to learn about it.
I'm sure this is a configuration I've messed up, but when I request a block
report, the email headers are pretty much unreadable.
They look like this.
