The message reason was 'MessageScore passed low limit' - which is not spam 
- custome header was not added - it was egular delivered.

It was detected as spam as it added "[MessageLimit]" to the subject and 
"X-Assp-Spam: YES" was added too.
But my custom header was missing while it was added for all other spam so 
far...

It was just one single email that, for some reason, was not having the 
custom header...
