the netmask is wrong

first be warned:

ASN information for 2401:4900:1f38:5ca7:2c0b:46cf:b3b7:7bd :
ASN: 24560 , RIP/Mask: 2401:4900:1f38::/48

using a /36 netmask is mainly outsite this ASN

you defined 2401:4900:1::/36 - which is 2401:4900:0001::/36 and leads in
to 2401:4900:0::36
2401:4900:1f38:5ca7:2c0b:46cf:b3b7:7bd

is not part of this subnet

I think you want to catch 2401:4900:1000::/36

----------------------------------
I'm trying to block spam based on emails that originate from specific IPV6
IPs, but then get routed through google.
In my denySMTPConnectionsFrom field, I have a file, and in that file I
have (among others) the following line:
2401:4900:1::/36
DoDenySMTP is set to Block
enhancedOriginIPDetect is set to All
Below are headers of an email that wasn't blocked. The first Received
header shows the message coming from a machine with an IP of
2401:4900:1f38:5ca7:2c0b:46cf:b3b7:7bd
How do I make sure that this type of message gets blocked?
Thanks.
